We only process personal data of our users to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services. Processing takes place regularly only with the user's consent or on the basis of legal permissions (Art. 6 (1) GDPR).

When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically collects information in server log files (including IP address, date/time, page requested, browser type, referrer URL) based on our legitimate interest in secure and stable website operation (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

Our website uses cookies. Technically necessary cookies (e.g. for the shopping cart) are used based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. Cookies that are not strictly necessary (e.g. statistics/marketing) are only set with your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR) via our cookie consent banner, which you may withdraw at any time.

5. Contact form & email

If you contact us via the contact form or email, your details will be stored to process the request and in case of follow-up questions (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR).

6. Customer account & order processing

To process orders we collect the data necessary for contract performance (name, address, email, payment data) pursuant to Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR. Data is shared with shipping and payment service providers only to the extent required for contract performance.

7. Payment providers

Depending on the payment method chosen, we pass the necessary data to the relevant payment provider (e.g. PayPal, Klarna, credit card processor). The respective provider's own privacy notices apply in addition.

8. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address for our own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe. Sign-up uses a double opt-in process based on your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR). You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in every newsletter email.

9. Your rights

You generally have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
